The full kitchen allowed me to prepare my meals, which saved me a lot on dining out. Bring your own toiletries if you need something specific during your stay.

Incredibly good rate, loved the room--modern and luxurious, very nice kitchenette, and breakfast included--compares very favorably with other "suite" hotels.

The complimentary breakfast selections were diverse and well-prepared, making for a pleasant start to each day.

The refrigerator in the room was making loud noises throughout the night, which disrupted my sleep.

Location at I-95 & I-495, near south end of Blue Line, and great rates for very nice rooms with full kitchens--and plenty of parking. Staff is unfailingly pleasant, effective, and helpful during the recent Virginia earthquake--kudos! Hotel was completely undamaged, by the way!

Room was very clean and central to many places. We loved the full kitchen and the free breakfast. Also location was perfect for catching the Springfield Metro into dc.

The room was a little small for 2 adults and 2 children (ages 10 & 6) but with the little time we actually spent in the room it was perfect for us.

The hotel offers clean rooms, a convenient kitchenette, and friendly staff. My family enjoyed the cozy atmosphere, and we felt welcomed throughout our stay.

Poor customer service from the hotel's team

The rooms are equipped with full kitchens. Complimentary breakfast offers a decent variety, perfect for starting the day without the hassle of dining out.

Upon arrival, my room wasn't properly cleaned and the drawers wouldn't close in the kitchen area. The refrigerator made noise throughout the night, disrupting sleep, and the sofa bed had an uncomfortable metal bar, made resting difficult. Another downside was the persistent, overpowering odor in some hallways that lingered .

The uncomfortable sofa bed made sleeping difficult, though I appreciated the full kitchen amenities.

It was just an ideal choice for a city break in Springfield with excellent value for money. The breakfast each day was decent and filled me up nicely before heading out. Just make sure to ask for more towels early if you need them during your stay.

The spacious One-Bedroom Queen Suite provided ample room to relax. The cleanliness of the room was noticeable, and the courtesy extended by the front desk, especially during a mishap with my teenage boys, was commendable. Breakfast options were standard but could use more variety, especially in hot items.

Unexpected challenges but spacious rooms

The two-bedroom suite provided ample space for my family, great to relax after a long day. The bonus of a complimentary breakfast was a lovely start.

Upon arrival, we faced a series of small issues, a window stuck wide open and the odd HVAC setup in one room. It was frustrating when the front desk showed little concern.

I stayed for 2 nights in a One-Bedroom Queen Suite with Sofa Bed. The room was really spacious, made moving around easy. I did notice some spots in the bathroom that could use a touch-up. It was clean enough, but there were a few things that could be improved like the limited breakfast options.
